Delivery in mainland France and the European Union (EU).
Secure shipping via tracked carrier, with tracking number sent by email upon dispatch.
Estimated delivery times: 2 to 5 working days after payment validation, except in cases of force majeure.
Delivery costs: fixed amount or calculated according to weight and destination, clearly indicated before order confirmation.
Free delivery for purchases over €199.
Items are carefully packaged to preserve their condition and limit the risk of damage during transport.
Returns & right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for online purchases.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when sent: unworn since receipt, with any labels or security seals still present.
Certain items may be excluded from returns (e.g., very fragile, personalized, or "as is" items) if clearly indicated on the product page.
Unless otherwise specified, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and tracked registered mail is highly recommended.
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order, within a reasonable timeframe as stipulated in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
