1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") aim to define the rights and obligations of Le Vestiaire Authentique and customers in the context of the online sale of second-hand fashion and luxury items, via the website levestiaireauthentique.fr.

Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC by the customer, who acknowledges having read them before the final validation of their order.

3. Products

The items offered for sale on levestiaireauthentique.fr are second-hand / pre-owned products, selected from fashion and luxury brands.

For each item, a product sheet describes its essential characteristics and condition (size, material, color, condition, possible defects, accessories provided). As the items are unique pieces, they are available while stocks last.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.

Le Vestiaire Authentique reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while applying the current rate indicated at the time of order validation.
Delivery costs are specified to the customer before the final validation of their order.

5. Order

The customer selects the items of their choice and adds them to their cart.
Before validating their order, they can check the details of it and correct any errors.

The order is definitively registered only after payment validation and acceptance of these GTC via a checkbox. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent to the customer.

Le Vestiaire Authentique reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

The payment methods accepted on the levestiaireauthentique.fr website are as follows:
– Bank cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express
– Electronic wallets: PayPal
– Mobile payments: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Transactions are processed by a secure payment provider; Le Vestiaire Authentique does not have access to customers' complete bank details.

In case of payment refusal by the banking institution, the order is automatically canceled.

7. Delivery

Items are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.
The delivery zones served are: metropolitan France and European Union countries.

Items are dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation.
Indicative delivery times are then:
– 2 to 3 working days for metropolitan France via Colissimo / La Poste or 3 to 5 working days via Mondial Relay (pickup point).
– 3 to 7 working days for European Union countries, depending on the chosen delivery method (Colissimo International or equivalent).

In case of significant delay, lost or damaged parcel, the customer is invited to contact Le Vestiaire Authentique quickly so that a solution can be found with the carrier.

8. Specificities of second-hand items

The items offered by Le Vestiaire Authentique are second-hand pieces that may show slight signs of use.

The condition of the items is described as precisely as possible on each product sheet. However, a subjective perception may persist. Photographs, although carefully taken, are not contractual and cannot guarantee perfect rendering identity.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by means of an unambiguous statement by email.

Items must be returned within 14 days following the communication of the decision to withdraw, in their original condition, unworn beyond trying on, and with any accessories.

10. Returns and refunds

After receipt and inspection of the returned items, Le Vestiaire Authentique will refund the amounts paid for the items concerned, via the same payment method used when ordering, within 10 days.

Return costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except for an error attributable to Le Vestiaire Authentique (item not conforming to the description, preparation error, etc.).

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, stained, or clearly worn may be refused or subject to a discount, under the conditions provided for in the GTC.

11. Legal guarantees

The customer benefits from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.

In case of lack of conformity or hidden defect, the customer must inform Le Vestiaire Authentique as soon as possible and provide any useful information (photos, precise description).
Le Vestiaire Authentique may offer, depending on the case, a replacement, repair, or refund.

13. Mediation

In the event of a persistent dispute after written request to customer service, the consumer customer has the possibility to resort free of charge to a consumer mediator whose contact details will be indicated on the levestiaireauthentique.fr website, in accordance with current regulations.

14. Personal data

Personal data collected as part of orders is processed by Le Vestiaire Authentique for the purposes of managing the commercial relationship (orders, deliveries, invoicing, customer follow-up).

15. Intellectual property

16. Applicable law – Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.
