Give a second life to your luxury items that you no longer wear. We support you from estimation to sale, with a turnkey service and a sharp selection.
How does it work?
To submit an item, please contact us:
- by email, attaching photos of your item,
- or via the contact form available on our website.
Please provide the following information: brand, model, size, condition, any defects, and accessories (box, dust bag, invoice, certificate, etc.).
Based on your information and photos, we will provide an initial estimate and suggest a recommended selling price. Once our proposal is approved, we will inform you of the secure shipping procedures for your items.
Items must be submitted exclusively via secure shipping.
You ship your items via La Poste or a carrier with a tracking number and, ideally, insurance appropriate to the item's value.
Upon receipt, we check:
- the condition of the item,
- its conformity,
- its authenticity and the presence of advertised accessories.
Items that do not meet our quality charter (too worn, major defects, suspicion of counterfeiting) may be refused and returned.
We take care of:
- photographing your items,
- writing product descriptions,
- uploading them to our site and presenting them to our community of buyers.
We manage exchanges with customers and the sales process until the order is finalized.
Once the item is sold and the legal withdrawal period has expired, we will proceed with your payment.
The amount paid takes into account our consignment fee defined below.
Commissions are calculated on the gross selling price:
- Items up to €500
Commission: 30% - Amount paid to seller: 70% - Items from €500 to €1500
Commission: 25% - Amount paid to seller: 75% - Items over €1500
Commission: 20% - Amount paid to seller: 20%
Recommended consignment period: 120 days, with the possibility of price revision or return of the item if it remains unsold after this period.
We prioritize:
- luxury bags and small leather goods,
- designer shoes,
- ready-to-wear, jewelry, and accessories from premium and luxury brands,
- only authentic items in very good or excellent condition.
We do not accept:
- fast-fashion items,
- items that are too worn, stained, or damaged,
- items suspected of being counterfeit.
- Systematic checking and authentication of each item.
- Clear consignment terms: list of items, prices, commissions, consignment period, payment terms.
- Secure storage of your items for the entire consignment period.
